  • By using the URL Inspection tool at the top of your site on Webmaster Tools.
  • Put the page link and press Enter.
  • After entering the page, find the answer to the question “Is indexing allowed?”.

If you see the words ‘No: ‘noindex’ detected in the http ‘X-Robots-Tag’ code, you should know that there is an X-Robots-Tag that needs to be removed in order to archive this page.

Second, the canonical tags:

Canonical tags are the tags that crawlers recognize. If a specific page is preferred that does not have a canonical tag, the Googlebot spiders recognize it as the preferred page and the only version of that page and index it.

2- Add the No index tag

When adding a tag or the No index Tag sometimes can harm the site, especially if this tag was previously visited by the site and is already archived in Google, when you tell the search engine to ignore this page and not index it, it will already be removed from search engines.

3- Exposure to Google sanctions

If there is a deviation from the custom criteria from SEO, your website or the offending page on your site will be penalized and removed from the search engine index.

4- Block search spiders from accessing a specific page

If the search spiders are unable to reach a specific page, such as pages that ask for password or pages of order filling, they will ignore it and remove it from search engines.
