Banks allow several ways to subscribe to e-wallets because they can be subscribed to through bank branches. Or bank customers can sign up online off the official website.

The bank also allows Al Ahli Bank customers who book a wallet online only through the following steps:
- Customers who have a card (credit card, direct debit, prepaid, salary).
- Go to the “Self-Service” section on the bank’s official website.

- Enter the country code and the mobile phone number registered with the bank to receive the request successfully.
- The system will verify the data and send you a verification code to your phone.
- Enter the verification code and the system will verify that the verification code is correct
- Then enter the mobile phone number that you want to subscribe to and which is registered in your name with the telecommunications company to which the mobile phone belongs.
- Your request will be registered, and after implementation, a link to download the application will be sent from here, along with the activation code.

You can subscribe through any branch of the Commercial International Bank (CIB) or any authorized agent of the bank, and you can subscribe through the following steps:

- Send your country code and the last 4 digits of your bank card to (4435) as a short text message via the mobile phone number registered with the bank.
- Within 3 working days, you will be contacted by the bank’s customer service to complete the process of verifying the card details and activating the application.

- Click to register.
- You will receive a message containing an activation code. Enter the activation code and hit submit.
- Create a wallet password.
- After that the application will be activated successfully.
- Enter the password and enjoy the service.

How to subscribe to BM Wallet
Banque Misr allows participation in the online application through the bank’s branch or through the official website of the bank. The steps for subscription and activation are as follows:
- Register an online wallet account.
- Download the Banque Misr wallet application.
- Enter the password, recharge the wallet and pay for financial transactions.
Saeb Bank also allows subscription to the application through the bank branch or any service provider associated with the bank, and it can complete the subscription steps and activate the wallet online.
- Visit the nearest bank branch or any service provider associated with the bank.
- Fill out a valid national identity registration form.
- Download the service application.
- Enter the mobile phone number registered in the Saib e-wallet application
- You will receive a text message with an activation code.
- Enter the activation code to activate the service.
- Create a wallet password (6 digits).

E-wallets allow their owner to conduct financial transactions electronically through a mobile phone (using USSD or smartphone application) and service delivery outlets.
This saves its users time, expenses, and effort, while ensuring their privacy, confidentiality, and protection.
The most important rules of service:
- Each customer has the right to open 3 e-wallets (maximum) on his national identity card.
- Only one e-wallet can be opened on the mobile line.
- The service is for Egyptians only who have valid national identity cards.
- Transfers are also made within the Arab Republic of Egypt only and in the local currency (Egyptian pound) only.
- The daily limit for withdrawals, transfers and any deductions from the electronic wallet for natural persons = thirty thousand Egyptian pounds
- The daily limit for withdrawals, transfers and any deductions from the electronic wallet for legal persons = forty thousand Egyptian pounds.
- Also, the monthly maximum limit for withdrawals, transfers, and any deductions from the electronic wallet for natural persons = one hundred thousand Egyptian pounds.
- The monthly maximum limit for withdrawals, transfers and any deductions from the electronic wallet for legal persons = two hundred thousand Egyptian pounds.
- Customers can also transfer funds between different electronic wallets and it is not required to be a customer of the same bank / mobile phone company.
- The customer has to make withdrawals and deposits himself from/in his wallet.
- No operation can be completed without entering the customer password.
